There will be extra runs on some public transport routes on Dead Remembrance Day
On November 22, the Dead Remembrance Day, additional runs and vehicles of larger capacity will be provided on some public routes to ensure comfortable transport to Riga cemeteries.
The additional runs will be organised on:
- tram route No. 11;
- trolleybus route No. 24;
- bus route No. 11, 19, 20, 29, 36, 37, 39 and 48.
Trams on route No. 11 will run all the day long according to a temporary schedule. During the maximum passenger flow the interval between runs will be 4-5 minutes.
Buses on routes No. 11 and 19 from 9.00 till 18.00 in both directions will turn to Jaunciems cemetery.
Additional runs on November 22.
For passengers’ comfort, vehicles of bigger capacity will be provided on bus routes No. 9, 11, 12, 13, 19, 20, 29, 36, 37, 48, 52 and 56, as well also on trolleybus route No. 19.
